Engel & Völkers Belleair relocates its brokerage to a free-standing building in Belleair Bluffs to accommodate additional growth.

BELLEAIR, FLA. (PRWEB) August 05, 2019 - Engel & Völkers Belleair today announced that their shop has relocated to a larger, free-standing building in Belleair Bluffs. Double the size of Engel & Völkers Belleair’s previous location, the new space can accommodate more real estate advisors as the brokerage continues to grow and as Engel & Völkers expands throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. The new brokerage is located at 2510 West Bay Drive, Belleair Bluffs and will be hosting a grand re-opening in late 2019.

“The new location of our shop has already proven to be an asset to our company,” said Kelly Montgomery-Kepler, License Partner and Broker of Engel & Völkers Belleair. “We look forward to utilizing the additional space to grow our advisor count and better serve our clients.”

Kelly and Steve Kepler acquired the franchise rights in 2008 and opened for business in early 2009. Currently, Engel & Völkers Belleair has 27 advisors, while continuing to grow and expand at a rapid pace. In addition to Belleair, Engel & Völkers has three shops in the Tampa Bay area including, Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach, Engel & Völkers South Tampa and Engel & Völkers St. Pete.

Belleair home values have gone up 3.5-percent over the past year and are predicted to rise an additional 2.0-percent within the next year. County wide, home values have gone up 4.9-percent over the past year and are also predicted to rise another 2.9-percent within the next year.
