Glory Days Grill Florida Opens Its 12th Location In Tallahassee!
August 29, 2019 // Franchising.com // New Opening: Glory Days Grill (www.glorydaysgrill.com) opens its 12th Florida location in Tallahassee, Florida on August 28th, 2019, right before the kickoff of football season.
GLORY DAYS GRILL Tallahassee features main restaurant seating which is about 6,000 square feet and an additional 1,000 square feet of outdoor dining consisting of two patio areas. One has patio dining and the other has soft seating and lounging, and a bar area that provides additional seating to the main dining area. In total, the restaurant can seat 250 guests. Unique to this restaurant is a private dining room that will be known as the Legends Room. This private area is equipped with TV’s and is accessible for meetings up to 50 people. Community is a brand pillar of Glory Days Grill. High school football helmets from over 9 local high schools in the community will be displayed in the restaurant, this wall is called the, Rivalry Wall.
Glory Days Grill believes in supporting student athletes and the community and encourages local teams to come in to celebrate with their coaches, team, families, and friends before and/or after games.
As in all Glory Days Grill locations, state of the art sports viewing is available on more than 60 high definition television screens located throughout the restaurant with tableside speakers. It’s the perfect environment to gather with family and friends to enjoy a great game or entertainment.
About The Head Coach
Tallassee local, Bobby Harrison is the Head Coach of Glory Days Grill Tallahassee. Bobby grew up in Tallahassee and is a graduate of Leon High School where he played basketball during his high school years. Bobby has over 40 years of restaurant and hospitality experience in the area and had the honor of spending his last five years working at Florida State University before coming to Glory Days Grill. “The opportunity to bring Glory Days Grill into my hometown is an incredible feeling. I could not be more excited to be serving all my friends and family.” said, Head Coach Bobby Harrison.
About The Grand Opening
As in every Florida Glory Days Grill as part of its grand opening, Glory Days Grill Tallahassee will unveil the Warrior Wall. The US flag hanging in the restaurant will be in honor of former Green Beret, Thomas “Rusty” Robinett. Rusty’s story and flag will be hung in a prominent area in the restaurant. A portion of proceeds from opening day will be donated to the Veterans Alternative. The Veterans Alternative and Glory Days Grill have teamed up to share the story of the amazing men and women who’ve served our nation in locations across the globe.
