PINCHO has earned a loyal following in Miami for elevating the fast-casual dining experience and redefining the standard for fresh, premium food. With an innovative menu that’s constantly evolving, fans of the brand have come to expect mouth-watering options that break the mold of the stereotypical burger joint. In addition to its famous burgers, PINCHO serves rice bowls, salads, wraps, skewers (pinchos) and sandwiches.

The facility completed a $755 million, multi-year renovation to transform the iconic venue into the best Miami has to offer in world-class fare, art, culture and an elevated guest experience.
Bursting into Miami’s culinary scene nearly nine years ago, the idea for PINCHO was conceived at a Fourth of July barbecue by cousins Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad and Nizar Ahmad. The opening in Hard Rock Stadium marks the 12th location for the brand as it continues to build on its loyal following in South Florida.
