Shine Enters Dallas-Fort Worth Market with Opening of Three Locations
Window care franchise’s mission to make the world brighter
September 11, 2019 // Franchising.com // AUSTIN, Texas - Shine, one of the fastest-growing window care and holiday lighting franchises, has announced its entry into the Dallas-Fort Worth market with the opening of three locations; Shine of Southlake, Shine of Plano and Shine of Rockwall.
“Shine has experienced fast-paced growth over the past seven years, and opening three locations in DFW is an important milestone for our entire network,” said Chris Fisher, CEO of Shine. “While window cleaning and holiday lighting is our trade, Shine’s mission is to make the world brighter by building successful businesses and creating opportunities for individuals to become leaders. I look forward to the years ahead as we continue to grow our business and serve communities across the United States.”
Lee DeJonge is owner of Shine of Southlake, located at 2211 E Continental Blvd. In addition, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the growing national Shine Franchise Group. Shine of Southlake is the sixth Shine location DeJonge has owned and operated.
“As an officer of the company and an owner/operator of franchise locations, I’ve seen first-hand how this business has transformed lives. I’m living it, myself, and I cannot wait to see Shine connect with customers quickly across the Metroplex next,” said DeJonge.
Dave Russell is the owner of Shine of Plano at 800 Fulgham Road. He opened his first Shine location in his hometown of Lansing, Mich., in 2016 and quickly saw the opportunities the franchise provided for his family and for those working in the business with him. Two years later in 2018 he took over Shine of Traverse City, Mich., and in mid-September he will open Shine of Plano.
Shane and Shanna Brewer are the owners of Shine of Rockwall at 12448 Hwy 205. Both are native Texans with successful corporate backgrounds; Shane in wealth management and Shanna in marketing. With three kids, the Brewers decided they wanted to build a business that they could all work in together. After much research the Brewers decided on a Shine franchise.
Shine offers window cleaning, screen and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and holiday lighting for homes and businesses.
