Aimee Favreau Brings Caring Transitions to Greater Portland

Caring Transitions’ does decluttering, organizing, packing, moving, resettling, in-home estate sales and online auctions, estate clearing and preparing homes for market.

PORTLAND, MAINE (PRWEB) October 23, 2019 - Aimee Favreau is pleased to announce the launch of her new business, Caring Transition of Greater Portland. This new senior-focused relocation and estate-clearing company serves Portland, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Saco, Old Orchard Beach, Biddeford, Alfred, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.

Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for managing the many aspects of a senior move or assisting with the process of downsizing to provide a safer living situation, as well as for busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has moved into assisted care or passed away. All of Caring Transitions’ services are customizable, so clients choose the solution that best fits their needs.

“I recently went through a move myself and it was incredibly stressful. When you are a senior surrounded by a house full of memories or you’re trying to clear out the house of a loved one, it can be much harder,” Favreau said. “Caring Transitions can handle transitions from beginning to end. We offer services everyone can use at some point in their life and we have the resources and specially-trained professionals to get you wherever it is you need to be with as little stress as possible. What would take most months to deal with can take a Caring Transitions Team as little as a few days to a couple of weeks to complete.”

Favreau lives in the Southern Maine area with her teenage son and daughter. After a long career working in the corporate world, Favreau found herself looking to do something more meaningful. A few years ago, she took a job as a care manager for a private in-home senior care company, where she conducted all aspects of the business, managing caregivers, coordinating care for clients as well as daily office operations.

“I moved into care management because I wanted to make a difference. I loved working with seniors and families. After some time, I saw an opportunity to help our clients and their families in a different – and much needed – way, which is what led me to Caring Transitions,” Favreau said. “I didn’t know anything like Caring Transitions existed and when I came across the franchise, I realized this was an opportunity for me to do something I would enjoy while still helping the people in my community. I’m looking forward to working with the people in this area and helping them get to the next chapter of their lives through Caring Transitions.”

Caring Transitions of Greater Portland, which is part of the national Caring Transitions franchise, is bonded, insured and their W2 employees have been background checked.
