Rush Bowls Opens First Idaho Location
November 12, 2019 // Franchising.com // BOULDER, Colo. - Rush Bowls - a fast-casual chain serving all-natural fruits and veggies blended thick, served in a bowl topped with organic granola and honey – has opened its first Idaho location.
Located at 1774 W State Street in Boise, the store opened on November 5 and is owned and operated by Idaho natives Heidi and Nate Myers. The couple has also signed on to open at least two more Boise-area locations over the next several years.

The couple, who met while attending Boise State University, have both worked in health-related fields prior to opening their Rush Bowls location. Nate has worked as a pharmacist for the last 14 years and will continue his work while running their Rush Bowls location. Heidi recently began working as a local fitness instructor after spending the lasting 14 years raising the couple’s five children, and is excited to bring such a healthy option to the growing community.
Founded in 2004, Rush Bowls offers meals crafted from all-natural fruit, topped with organic granola and honey, and blended with protein, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients that taste delicious while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Customers can choose from over 40 signature bowls or all-natural smoothies made with fruit and vegetable bases, including acai, kale and avocado.

Bowls are also available in vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy free options, and anything can be custom-made to cater to all dietary needs.
