Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale hosts grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony amid successful first year
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA (PRWEB) November 20, 2019 - Engel & Völkers is pleased to report its continued success in South Florida. Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale, the brand’s seventh brokerage in the South Florida market, hosted its grand opening event on November 14, 2019. The shop, which is located at 3301 N. Ocean Boulevard, was established in late 2018 by License Partner, Francisco Garcia; though Engel & Völkers has maintained a presence in the Fort Lauderdale market since 2008.

Over 150 guests, including local elected officials, notable developers, clients, friends, family, and company executives celebrated the brokerage’s grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony. Additionally, Special Olympics, the company’s philanthropic partner, sent corporate representatives and a local athlete to attend the event as part of a charity fundraiser. The event raised a total of $1,965 for Special Olympics including a $1,000 donation from Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale. The shop has pledged to make contributions from its transaction closings to reach their goal of $3500 to sponsor the local Special Olympics basketball team.
