Junk King Drives into 2020 with New Executive Leadership and Growth Initiatives

National Junk Removal Franchise Strengthens Franchise Development & Marketing Efforts to Grow Systemwide Revenue

January 03, 2020 // Franchising.com // SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - As Junk King closes the door on 2019, the nation’s top-rated junk removal and hauling company is celebrating one of its most notable years to date. From added partnerships and its investment with Norwest Venture Partners (Norwest) to the addition of three corporate team hires, the brand is using the past few month’s momentum to drive into 2020 with an impressive strategic growth plan.

Leveraging a thriving service-based industry, Junk King continued its expansion throughout North America with 8 new locations, making its total footprint more than 115 locations within the United States and Canada.

“Junk King has seen tremendous growth throughout the year and we’re excited to continue the momentum into the new decade,” said Michael Andreacchi, founder and CEO of Junk King. “Our growth comes at a pivotal time for the brand as we on-board our new COO, Lisa Merry, new VP of Business Development, Jeremy Wallace and our most recent hire, Senior Director of Marketing, Crissy Russo. Their combined franchise industry and marketing expertise will benefit Junk King as we work to drive franchise growth and continue our green initiatives.”

Within 2019, Junk King also launched its partnership with Norwest Venture Partners. The strategic partnership with Sonya Brown, General Partner at Norwest, and Stew Campbell, Principal at Norwest, includes their addition to the Junk King system as board members.

The company’s professionalism is emulated through its eco-friendly recycling, award-winning customer service, state-of-the-art technology systems and the clear indication it places on customer satisfaction. As the brand grows, Junk King continues its efforts in making the world a better place for generations to come.
