Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services Named a 2020 Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review™

This is the 15th annual ranking of the Top 200 award-winning franchise opportunities, based exclusively on franchisee satisfaction ratings and reviews.

To collect data for Franchise Business Review’s 15th annual Top 200 Franchises ranking, more than 27,500 franchisees from 307 leading franchise brands were surveyed between June 2018 and November 2019. The survey asked franchisees 33 benchmark questions about their franchisors that focused on areas such as leadership, training and core values, in addition to more personal questions concerning their business lifestyle and overall enjoyment of running their franchise.

Office Pride ranked No. 31 on the list and received an overall franchisee satisfaction index (FSI) score of 76.2, exceeding the Franchise Business Review benchmark of 70.9 and the Cleaning and Maintenance category score of 72.5. Based on Office Pride’s ranking and FSI score, Franchise Business Review indicates the company is among the best franchises in which to invest. Franchisees ranked Office Pride highest in the categories of core values, training and support, franchise system, leadership, franchise community, owner enjoyment, financial opportunity and general satisfaction.
