January 21, 2020 // Franchising.com // Salt Lake City, UT - After much anticipation, Super Chix® is pleased to announce the opening of Two New Restaurants: its first Utah location in American Fork at The Meadows Development, off of I-15, Main Street Exit #278. The new Super Chix® Restaurant is located at 643 Pacific Drive, #102, American Fork, Utah 84003; 801/692-0526; and the second restaurant in Alabama at Stadium Trace Village off of I-459 and Stadium Trace Parkway, 1024 Marble Terrace, #102, Hoover, AL 35244; 205/538-5217.
Super Chix® (www.superchix.com), is a premium, fast-casual dining experience devoted to fresh, high-quality offerings and a great customer experience. “With our Headquarters now in Utah, we are very excited to bring Super Chix® to our home market,” said Darryl Neider, CEO. “Additionally, the franchise group in Alabama has opened their second location to solid customer to great customer reviews. We’re making a lot of happy customers!”
Super Chix®, founded by Nick Ouimet, opened its first location in Dallas, TX in 2014 and now has four restaurants operating in and around the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area and two locations in Alabama. All menu items are made fresh and feature gourmet toppings free from MSG and GMOs. The fresh, never-frozen chicken is marinated in-store, grilled or hand-breaded and cooked in peanut oil, free from additives. Even the toppings come from whole vegetables and are hand sliced. House-made sauces include the signature Super Chix® Sauce, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Buffalo, Korean BBQ and the best- selling Nashville Hot Sauce. “We take great pride that every Super Chix® meal is cooked-to-order and served hot and fresh,” said Neider.
Super Chix® is focused on bringing together the superior ingredients, preparation methods and recipes expected of a great dining experience. “This isn’t fast-food chicken — our high-quality, fresh tenders and filets are lightly breaded with a seven ingredient breading. Simple is better. We have no drive-thrus and our interiors have an elevated, cool vibe that’s perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. We’ve developed a product and experience that stand out in the market, catering to anyone who enjoys high-quality food in a fun environment,” said Neider.
In addition to its premium chicken and hand-cut fries, Super Chix® also specializes in hand-dipped frozen custard, served in cones, cups, milkshakes and fusions (concretes). Chocolate and vanilla custard are churned every morning, but Super Chix® also offers a special flavor of the week, such as Oreo Cookies and Cream, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, Butterfinger, English Coffee Toffee, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Black Raspberry Cheesecake, among other great flavors.
Super Chix® hand-cut fries were voted “Best French Fries” in Dallas, TX by D Magazine because of its dedication to freshness and strict preparation methods, all of which result in excellent texture and taste.
“The Meadows is the perfect location for the new-to-market Super Chix® thanks to its easy accessibility and prominent American Fork location,” said Neider. “Nearby families and professionals will have another great choice for a fast-casual lunch with healthy options, and dinner guests will discover a new quality eatery they can enjoy with family and friends. We at Super Chix® have put together an excellent team in American Fork.
“In addition to the new restaurants we have five other restaurants in Huntsville, AL and Dallas, TX,” said Neider. “We are now getting a lot of interest from solid prospective franchise partners.”
