Slim Chickens Continues Breakthrough Franchise Growth with First Colorado Location

Leader in Better-Chicken Segment Opens New Location in Aurora, Colorado as Part of Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement

March 11, 2020 // Franchising.com // AURORA, Colo.- Slim Chickens, a leading fast casual franchise which features dine-in and drive-through in the “better chicken” segment, recently opened its first Colorado location in Aurora owned by multi-unit franchisee LOVE Restaurant Group. Notably, the group launched the first-ever Slim Chickens food truck, expanding the brand with its first mobile franchise unit and bringing its better-chicken to the streets.

This is the franchise group’s first Slim Chickens restaurant in the group’s 30-unit franchise deal. LOVE Restaurant Group’s agreement with the fast casual brand covers all of Utah and Colorado, with all 30 restaurants planned for build-out over the next 10 years. Development is already underway in Centennial, Colorado Springs and Parker, Colorado as well as Lehi, Utah. These locations are slated to open in 2020. In addition to Slim Chickens, LOVE Restaurant Group also operates 15 Burger King restaurants
