Nation’s Leading Mobile Screen Service Expands Convenient Home Improvement to South-Central Texas

April 06, 2020 // Franchising.com // BOERNE, Texas - “America’s Neighborhood Screen Stores” will now “steer” Boerne residents in the right direction through affordable and convenient home improvement.

Screenmobile announced today that it has launched a new location in South-Central Texas. The brand has disrupted the screening industry by providing a cost-effective and convenient solution for an otherwise inconvenient home and business improvement experience. Local residents will soon find out how easy home improvement can be. Screenmobile of Boerne is slated to open Mar. 9 and is the fifth location for the brand in the state. Screenmobile of Boerne will serve homes and businesses in the areas of Helotes, San Antonio, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Bergheim and Kendalia.

“Dwain and I are thrilled to launch our Screenmobile business and bring this unique concept to the community,” said Cindy Cheeseman, co-owner of Screenmobile of Boerne. “We are able to provide neighbors with a more affordable and efficient screening experience, while proudly wearing the Screenmobile brand.”

Screenmobile’s success is rooted in its commitment to customer satisfaction. In a single visit, a Screenmobile representative arrives in uniform, then measures, manufactures, installs and tests the screens on-site. Afterwards, Screenmobile follows up with proactive communication to ensure the needs of the customer are met.

Prior to launching Screenmobile of Boerne, Dwain and Cindy Cheeseman started a contracting business, focusing on cabinet installation. Additionally, Dwain later started another company that specialized in window and door installation. The duo’s business background has given them a real sense of what customers desire and expect. The Cheeseman’s hands-on, relatable experience in customer service, construction and business ownership have prepared them well for this new venture.

“We are excited to be expanding into the Boerne territory and the surrounding areas and look forward to driving business within the region,” said Scott Walker, President and CEO of Screenmobile. “Cindy and Dwain are the perfect team to help establish the brand in this section of Texas because of their prior business ownership experience and commitment to customer service. We are thrilled to welcome the Cheeseman’s to the Screenmobile family.”

From its inception in 1980, Screenmobile has experienced steady growth year after year. Today, there are 127 licenses across more than 28 states, with 10-15 additional ones in development throughout the country.

The Walker family, Monty M., Scott and Monty L., had a vision of starting a brand that capitalized on the opportunity to become the first mobile screening company. Over the years, Screenmobile has gained a loyal customer base. The brand stands apart from other screening companies due to its low overhead, quick ramp-up time and familial spirit.
