HomeSmart Brings its 100% Commission Model to Washington State

Leading real estate brokerage company launches new franchise to service the Tri-Cities area.

KENNEWICK, WASH. (PRWEB) April 22, 2020 - Successful brokerage team Jeff Smart and Dave Shinabarger have partnered up to bring HomeSmart International’s 100-percent-commission model to Washington State. HomeSmart Elite Brokers will service agents in the southeastern portion of the state, primarily the Tri-Cities and their surrounding communities.
