Keyrenter Property Management Expands to North Carolina
National Franchise Adds New Location in Huntersville
May 26, 2020 // Franchising.com // MIDVALE, Utah - Keyrenter Property Management, a nationwide leader in residential property management, is growing its presence in the Southeast. The company is proud to announce the addition of its newest franchise, Keyrenter Huntersville, North Carolina.
Business entrepreneur and Army veteran Jacob Bolson is thrilled to bring Keyrenter’s professional property management experience and reputation to Huntersville, North Carolina, covering Charlotte, Cornelius, Mount Holly and surrounding areas. Jacob is already busy helping clients maximize their investments by finding the best tenants for their properties, handling repairs and maintenance, and collecting monthly rent invoices.
Jacob first became interested in real estate back in college. He helped his father remodel a rental property and experienced first-hand how his hard work could become a profitable business. While in the Army he continued gaining property management experience, helping fellow service members rent and manage their properties.
After the military, Jacob earned his MBA and gained valuable management and technology experience in the waste management industry. When he decided the time was right to start his own business, Jacob knew professional property management would be a great fit to leverage all of his skills and experience.
“I like Keyrenter’s professional processes because they allow me to take what I’ve learned and help others manage their investment properties,” said Jacob. “The Charlotte market is extremely competitive, with large investment firms and property management companies pushing out smaller investors. Keyrenter’s technology and marketing strategies help me compete with larger companies while maintaining a local feel. My clients know who they’re dealing with when they call my office, and they appreciate that.”
Jacob enjoys researching new opportunities in the local real estate market. He shares that research and knowledge with his clients to help them grow their investment property portfolios. When the time is right, Jacob plans to invest in his own rental properties as an additional source of revenue.
The newest Keyrenter franchise is part of an aggressive three-year national franchise growth plan. The thriving franchise system anticipates growing to 130 franchise partners through 2022, representing more than a 200% increase in franchise partners over the next three years. Keyrenter expects to achieve $50 million in systemwide revenue by 2022.
Keyrenter’s CEO and Co-Founder, Aaron Marshall, says Jacob understands the value of creating a trusted working relationship with clients and will make a great addition to the Keyrenter team.
“Keyrenter’s innovative technology and advanced business model makes it a leader in the property management industry,” said Marshall. “However, each property is unique, and Jacob understands that success depends on helping each client meet their specific goals and expectations. He is a great addition to the team, and I can’t wait to see the growth of Keyrenter Huntersville in the coming years.”
