HomeSmart International Brokerages Dominate Major Markets Across the U.S.

Ten HomeSmart International companies rank among top ten for sides and volume in eleven metropolitan markets.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (PRWEB) June 04, 2020 - HomeSmart International, one of the fastest-growing real estate franchisors in the nation, was once again well represented on the 2020 REAL Trends Market Leaders Report. The report, which ranks the top residential real estate firms in over 160 metropolitan markets, recognized eleven HomeSmart International brokerages on this year’s list, with multiple franchises ranking in the top ten in their respective markets based on transaction sides and volume.

Several HomeSmart International franchises across the nation took the top spot in their respective markets. The company’s largest brokerage located in Phoenix, Ariz., HomeSmart, ranked No. 1 in both sides and volume with more than $8.4 billion in sales volume and 29,522 sides in the past year alone, doing nearly double the number of sides and volume as the No. 2 brokerage in the Phoenix market. HomeSmart’s Colorado-based brokerage ranked No. 1 and 2 for sides and volume respectively in Denver/Boulder. Also dominating their markets were HomeSmart Realty Group in Salem, Oreg. which ranked No. 1 in volume and No. 2 in sides and HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate Providence, R.I. which came in at No.1 in sides and No.3 in volume.

In total, 10 HomeSmart International franchises secured their places in 11 major markets on the prestigious list:
