Subsidiary of United Real Estate | Richmond Creates Title & Escrow Company

RICHMOND, VA. (PRWEB) June 05, 2020 - United® Real Estate | Richmond, one of Richmond BizSense’s fastest-growing companies in the region, announces the launch of Robinson-Harris Title & Escrow. In spring of 2018, United’s Richmond office acquired the longtime local real estate firm, Robinson-Harris & Co., to concentrate on essential real estate services including title, escrow, property management, land development and consulting.

Robinson-Harris & Co. has a history dating back to 1914 and has become a cornerstone in Richmond’s real estate community. Some of its earliest clients include Richmond entrepreneur Maggie Walker and entertainer Bill “Bojangles” Robinson. The primary Broker of United | Richmond, Jeffrey Finn, purchased Robinson-Harris with the intention of rebranding and moving the company forward into the future. The United Real Estate family has become the sixth-generation owners of this Richmond landmark business.

“We are incredibly excited to announce the creation of Robinson-Harris Title & Escrow,” said Laura Franck, Director of Operations for the new venture. Franck who brings 20 years of title experience to the company says, “The Robinson-Harris name has stood for quality service to the Richmond community for over a hundred years and we want nothing more than to see it grow and move the brand forward into the future.” Finn added, “We designed this company to serve our clients with the highest quality of service and commitment.”

The title and escrow company will be the first of several companies to be develop under the Robinson-Harris brand with plans for an investment and consulting firms to launch in the first quarter of 2021. Robinson-Harris Title & Escrow opened for business on June 1, 2020 and will be managed by United’s Jeffrey Finn with Laura Franck as its Director of Operations. It will be located at 9097 Atlee Station Road, Mechanicsville, VA.
