National Home Care Provider Expands Leadership Team to Support Emerging Growth

July 21, 2020 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OHIO - FirstLight Home Care, an award-winning provider of non-medical home care services, has announced two major additions to its leadership team, a move that will help support the company’s continued long-term growth.

Kevin Hiler has joined FirstLight’s technology team in the newly created role of Vice President, Technology Platform Services. Kevin will oversee the migration process of the company’s advanced home care software solution, as well as guide and manage the technology platforms across the FirstLight location network serving more than 200 markets across the U.S. and now Canada.

Kevin has more than 20 years of home care and healthcare technology experience, holding positions as Senior Director for IT Shared Services at home health and hospice companies. He also served as Global Director of Business Application Management Services for Halyard Health.

Glee McAnanly has joined the FirstLight Home Care Support Team as Executive Vice President, Field Support. Glee comes to FirstLight with more than 30 years of successful franchise leadership experience, including extensive expertise in owner operations. Most recently, Glee held dual roles as Vice President of Franchise Excellence & Chief Development Officer, as well as Vice President of Franchise Relations at ServiceMaster where she was responsible for five brands. Glee will work alongside our deep and experienced business development team to provide leadership and support to help our owners grow their businesses.

Earlier this year, the company also created the position of Chief Financial Officer and hired Darleen Poe as its new leader in this vital senior management role. In addition, FirstLight expanded its business development team, bringing on Elizabeth Brennan as Business Development Director for the Northeast Region. Jeff Goebel, Vice President of Business Development, was also appointed as Canadian liaison to support and further develop FirstLight’s international expansion plans.
