Local Remodeler Gets Perfect Customer Satisfaction Score
August 05, 2020 // Franchising.com // GEORGIA - DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia has won one of the nation’s top awards for customer satisfaction and job recommendation, scoring a perfect 100 by GuildQuality, Inc., an Atlanta-based third-party company that conducts customer satisfaction surveys.
The remodeling company, headquartered in Swainsboro, received the coveted 2020 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction award. The award recognizes and celebrates remodeling professionals with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within the U.S. and Canada.
Because of this distinction, Qualified Remodeler magazine included DreamMaker of East Georgia in its list of the Top 100 Remodelers with Remarkable Customer Satisfaction scores.

In determining which businesses received the award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
