South Carolina DreamMaker Gets Highest Distinction for Customer Service
August 05, 2020 // Franchising.com // SOUTH CAROLINA - DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken, South Carolina, has won one of the nation’s top awards for customer satisfaction by GuildQuality, Inc., an Atlanta-based third-party company that conducts customer satisfaction surveys.
Headquartered in the CSRA, the design/build remodeling company received the coveted 2020 Guildmaster’s Highest Distinction award for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry. The award recognizes and celebrates remodeling professionals with the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada.
“We believe in being a worry-free remodeling company that listens to each client’s needs and goals before designing a solution for them,” said owner J.D. Norris, who operates the franchise with his wife Cheryl. “How else will we know how to design the best solution if we don’t listen to their needs in the first meeting?”
In determining which businesses received the award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
“We believe that if we treat people with respect and integrity, success will follow,” said Norris, who started the franchise in 2008. “Our ongoing success is based on putting people first. We strive to consistently deliver a top-notch customer experience, and it's always a thrill to be recognized for this because our goal has always been to consistently exceed homeowners' expectations."
The franchise serves the Central Savannah River Area.
