August 17, 2020 // // Dallas, Texas. - Shortly after recovering from being one of the first diagnosed COVID-19 cases in Dallas, Ryan Hicks co-founded Safe From Spread – a commercial sanitizing and disinfecting company that is helping businesses protect themselves from the virus. After experimenting with different formulas and strategies in Dallas, he and business partner Ryan Combe launched the brand. Today, Safe From Spread is a rapidly growing national brand that is committed to creating healthy and safe work environments for businesses throughout the country by killing viruses and preventing them from coming back.

The active ingredient in Safe From Spread’s sanitizer is industrial grade Hydrogen Peroxide. It is a recommended sanitizer from the Center for Disease Control and has been shown to be effective at destroying 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19. It is safe to use on solid, porous, and soft surfaces. It’s even safe on most electronics. Since the solution relies on the power of oxygen, there are no harmful residues or lasting odors to worry about.

Safe From Spread can also help create a hands-free environment by installing foot pull openers on all public doors. The brand can also set up sanitation stations throughout businesses and offices to ensure everyone has access to the materials and products necessary to keep their workspace safe.

Hicks is also helping to protect employees of the businesses he services by offering free house cleanings in the case of a positive Covid-19 test. Additionally, his Safe From Spread location is committed to providing $100,000 worth of free cleanings to local businesses, churches, and office spaces as part of his “Spray It Forward” initiative.
