Leading Educational Childcare School to Open October of 2020

Childrens Lighthouse of Forney is owned by Mani Raveendran and is scheduled to open in October of 2020.

The demand is growing for educational child care in the area, and more than ever, parents are putting a high priority on placing their children in an engaging environment where fun and learning come together. Childrens Lighthouse® provides safe and secure environments that give parents peace of mind with online links to rooms, computerized building entry, security monitoring and transportation to and from area elementary schools.

This is the first Childrens Lighthouse location for Raveendran. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business, Raveendran has always prioritized education. His primary focus is on delivering a safe and quality care for children’s attending the school. He looks forward to offering a higher caliber of education and support for families in Forney.

Childrens Lighthouse of Forney will provide ample space for children to learn in classroom and group settings, while also offering extensive play areas both inside and out. With three playgrounds, a splash pad, a soccer field and a basketball court, children will have the ability to grow both their brains and bodies at Childrens Lighthouse. An on-site kitchen will offer healthy meals and snacks daily for students. Childrens Lighthouse serves families with children six weeks to 12 years old. In addition to educational child care during traditional school hours, highly interactive after-school programs and summer camps are also available.

To solidify its commitment to the health and safety of students and staff, Childrens Lighthouse Forney is also implementing additional safety and sanitation efforts in its schools, using the latest sanitizing technology such as the Zono and Hallo Foggers. With daily temperature checks, limited class sizes, restrictions on school visitors and enhanced sanitization and surfacing cleaning throughout the day, parents can rest assured that their children are learning in a safe and healthy environment.
