The Cleaning Authority Hilton Head Now Operating Under New Ownership

September 17, 2020 // Franchising.com // Hilton Head, SC - Local residential cleaning franchise, The Cleaning Authority Hilton Head, has officially transferred ownership to husband-and-wife team Jim and Teri Pohorsky.

“Recently, my wife and I were seeking new business opportunities and ways to continue to provide exceptional services to our local community,” said Jim Pohorsky. “During our journey, seeking our next endeavor, we stumbled upon The Cleaning Authority. We instantly became drawn to the brand as we saw how they provide high-quality processes and procedures to their customers.”

The Pohorsky’s have been dedicated to being active members in their community. Prior to their more recent ventures, Jim was the COO of a trucking company for over 30 years and his wife, Teri, was a Special Needs Coordinator for the past 20 years. Together, they currently own and operate Beaufort Kayak Tours, which has been featured in AAA Magazines as one of the best kayak companies in the Carolinas. Just a few months ago, Jim and Teri sought out a new opportunity to add to their growing portfolio, which led them to The Cleaning Authority.

“Ever since we began visiting the area in 1984, we quickly became engaged with the community. We are thrilled to continue to grow our involvement as owners and operators of the Hilton Head location,” said Teri Pohorsky. “The company has been super supportive with their training process as we transition to ownership.
