Buff City Soap Expanding Throughout Arkansas

Three Arkansas soap makeries slated to open this fall

October 09, 2020 // Franchising.com // Arkansas - Buff City Soap is set to unveil its handmade bath and body products to scent lovers across Arkansas as it opens three new Soap Makeries in the state. Locations in Little Rock, Conway, and Searcy are slated to open this month.

Buff City Soap is rapidly expanding throughout the South, recently opening stores in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. The three new Arkansas stores will open in the following locations:

  • Searcy, AR: 3520 E. Race Avenue next to McAlister’s. This store will open the second week of October.
  • Little Rock, AR: 5811 Kavanaugh Boulevard in the Heights. This store will open third week of October.
  • Conway, AR: 925 Oak Street in Downtown Conway. This store will open the last week of October

“Buff City Soap provides customers with a unique guest experience, which will keep customers coming back for more,” stated Brittany Peterman, Director of Operations for Ozark Soaps. “We know the residents of Little Rock, Conway, and Searcy will fall in love with our amazing 100%, plant-based, handmade bath and body products.”

Each Buff City Soap store offers more than 30 customizable scents across dozens of handcrafted soap products; including its famous soap bars, bath bombs, foaming hand soap, and even laundry soap. The brand’s products are crafted by local artisans at the in-store Makeries, which allow guests to customize the scent and ingredients used in the process to create a unique profile.

“Buff City Soap’s up-close-and-personal soap-making experience makes people feel connected to our products,” said Peterman. “Every time our guests come into our stores they appreciate that they are part of our soap-making process, not just in a store buying a product.”

Founded in 2013, Buff City Soap has created a high quality alternative to commercial soap products full of harsh chemicals, detergents, animal fats, and sulfates. By giving customers the chance to see the whole making process live in each Soap Makery, Buff City Soap is disrupting the consumer goods industry by focusing on transparency of ingredients and process.
