Hungry Howie's Pizza Opens New Location In Grand Haven

National Pizza Franchise Expands with New Location in Michigan

February 19, 2021 // Franchising.com // GRAND HAVEN, MICHIGAN - Hungry Howie's Pizza, the originator of Flavored Crust® pizza, announced the opening day for its newest location in Ottawa County on Monday, February 22nd. In celebration of the new Grand Haven location, the store is offering a cheesy deal of a large one-topping carryout pizza for just $8.99. To support Hungry Howie’s commitment to giving back to local communities, the location is donating 10% of sales on Tuesday, February 23rd to Ferry and Voyager Elementary and 10% of sales on Wednesday, February 24th to Mary A White Elementary.

Longtime franchise owner Jerry Heath has been involved with Hungry Howie’s since a young age. He grew up down the street from Hungry Howie’s CEO, Steve Jackson, and by the age of 12, he knew he wanted to open his own store when he grew up. Today, he operates 10 locations, and the Grand Haven restaurant will mark Jerry’s 11th Hungry Howie’s location.

The brand will continue to implement health and safety preventative measures recommended by the CDC. It is a standard practice across all Hungry Howie’s locations including the mask and glove requirements, frequent washing of hands with soap, disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and mandatory food safety and sanitation procedures. The health and safety of customers and employees is the top priority at Hungry Howie's Pizza.
