Rascal House Adds Franchise Development Manager

February 23, 2021 // Franchising.com // CLEVELAND, OHIO - Rascal House, the elevated quick-serve restaurant franchise serving pizza, burgers, wings and more, has added a franchise development manager to its corporate team. Matthew Phillips will lead franchise development efforts as Rascal House looks to expand in 2021.

With Matthew’s targeted efforts, we hope to add three to five new franchisees this year.”

Phillips has more than 15 years of management experience. He was most recently assistant vice president at Huntington Bank, where he specialized in business development, and he has also worked as district and store manager for Ashcroft and Oak Jewelers and store manager and multi-unit leader for Signet Jewelers.

Rascal House has five locations throughout the Cleveland, Ohio area. Growth projections call for 20 units open or under development by 2023. Rascal House is targeting Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Indianapolis for franchise expansion.
