Christine Wier Joins Engel & Völkers

Local top-producing real estate agent, Christine Wier Leaves Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners for Engel & Völkers Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (PRWEB) March 12, 2021 - Engel & Völkers Florida today announced Christine Wier has joined Engel & Völkers Jacksonville, one of several franchised-brokerages in Northeast Florida, as a real estate advisor.

“With Engel & Völkers I saw the opportunity to become part of a global brand, joining a network that lives and breathes exceptional client service,” said Wier. “Their focus on crafting bespoke, white-glove concierge experiences for today's savvy homeowner truly resonated with me. A company motto is ‘every home is a mansion,’ which aligned with my commitment to going the extra mile for buyers and sellers regardless of price point. Being part of such a collaborative team on a local and international level, in addition to its fresh approach to marketing, helps me enhance my offerings to best support my clients. The seamless operation will be a huge advantage for my clients and I.”

Wier comes to Engel & Völkers from Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, where she consistently ranked among top performers in the company. Her real estate experience spans nearly a decade, in which time she has transacted nearly $32,000,000; $6,400,000 in the last 12 months alone. In addition to her personal real estate production, Weir served in leadership positions such as a Productivity Coach. An active member of the community, she has sat on the Jax Chamber Board of Directors and Beaches Division Chair, Board for Lifework Leadership First Coast, and was previously a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty. Wier will now be based out of Engel & Völkers Jacksonville’s beach shop, located at 758 3rd Street South.

“We couldn’t be happier to have Christine join us at Engel & Völkers,” said Corey Hasting, License Partner of Engel & Völkers Jacksonville. “She has a proven track record for her market expertise, will further strengthen our shop’s team and fit in great with our growing culture. One of our daily goals is to continue to attract the best advisors the city has to offer; Christine is absolutely one of those people. We want to continue to add the right people to our brokerage as we grow and continue to capture market share in northeast Florida.”

Engel & Völkers has maintained a presence in Northeast Florida since Hasting, who left Keller Williams Realty to start his own company, obtained the rights to Engel & Völkers Jacksonville in April of 2018. Since then, he has expanded with locations in Jacksonville Beach, St. Johns, Amelia Island, and most recently, Neptune Beach. Prior to starting his own brokerage with Engel & Völkers, Hasting was a top producer with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, where consistently ranked among the top 50 residential real estate agents in the region. Hasting has grown his team at both locations to over 50 full-time advisors. Engel & Völkers Jacksonville is already on track to surpass it’s goal of $500,000,000 in volume and more than 1,000 closed transactions.

“Agents change brokers when they see an opportunity to grow their business and themselves,” said Peter Giese, Chief Growth Officer at Engel & Völkers Florida. “Engel & Völkers provides an internationally-proven brokerage system and tools that allow them to do exactly that - grow. The brand platform, combined with Corey’s personal commitment to his advisors, has allowed him to attract some of the top real estate agents in the northeast Florida region and achieve exponential growth; seventeen professionals were hired this year alone, and will continue to accelerate under his leadership.
