Mile High Chicken has an extensive portfolio, having successfully launched 23 restaurants across various segments. The Slim Chickens in Colorado Springs marks Mile High Chicken’s 25th restaurant and is the fifth brick and mortar Slim Chickens location opened by the brand, along with a food truck launched in 2019. Mile High Chicken is set to open a total of 30 Slim Chickens with four more locations slated to run in 2021.
