Eggs Up Grill To Open In Winter Garden This Summer

Construction to begin this month at West Point Commons

March 29, 2021 // Franchising.com // WINTER GARDEN, Fla. - Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept is starting construction on a new restaurant that will open this summer in the West Point Commons Shopping Center. The restaurant, known for its great-tasting, freshly prepared meals, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, is located at 13750 W. Colonial Drive. This is the first Eggs Up Grill for Franchise Partners Noel and Annie Arriola.

Noel spent the last 30 years in the technology industry, most recently acting as a director of information technology in Orlando. He says that he has known for a long time that he wanted to do something different.

“Annie and I have dreamed about opening a restaurant for the last 10 years, so when we discovered Eggs Up Grill, we knew right away it was a great match for us,” Noel said. “We truly align with the company’s core values of serving the community where you work and live. It’s more than just opening a restaurant for us, it’s the fulfillment of getting to know our neighbors, feeding them great food, and finding ways to support them.”

Noel also added that Winter Garden is experiencing serious growth, and they feel it is a perfect place to open their restaurant as the demand for breakfast options along Route 50 are very high.

“The restaurant is also close to a great mix of shopping and culture and we look forward to being right in the heart of the city’s growth explosion.”

With seating for 120, the 3,300 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright, and cheery atmosphere. The space provides a comfortable escape that is welcoming and familiar. Whether at the counter feeling the energy from the kitchen, at a table shared with neighbors and friends, or in a cozy booth, guests can choose seating options to suit the perfect occasion or mood. The walls will feature artwork specifically designed for Eggs Up Grill that pays homage to its namesake, the Egg.

The Winter Garden restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering, and delivery options available. A dedicated to-go station will allow for easy pick-up for online orders and third-party delivery.

Eggs Up Grill will also cater events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy, and muffins. Salads, sandwiches, and wraps are available for catered lunch. Delivery will be available.

“We are excited to open in the summer, and to begin serving and supporting the Winter Garden community,” said CEO Ricky Richardson. “Eggs Up Grill is not just a great dining option for breakfast and lunch, but also a hub for local activity. We look forward to partnering with the community and serving our neighbors.”

The new Eggs Up Grill will be focused on serving the community. The Arriolas look forward to supporting the charitable and ministry efforts of their home church, as well as supporting local schools in the area.

With locations across the southeast in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas, Eggs Up Grill is anticipating that 2021 will be a record-breaking year for development with 12-15 new restaurant openings. The success of the franchise partners at each of these locations starts with the best real estate. That’s why Eggs Up Grill has invested in a nearly two-year partnership with The Retail Strategy (TRS). TRS was instrumental in the lease process for the Winter Garden restaurant, applying an individualized approach to finding the right location using mapping and analytics technology to optimize market positioning. Through the Brand partnership with TRS, franchise partners have access to this support at no cost to the franchise partner.

Eggs Up Grill offers its full menu, open to close, for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. Menu categories include breakfast sandwiches, benedicts, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, as well as classic breakfast entrees, home-fry bowls, and fan-favorite muffins. There are also lunch choices including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

The Winter Garden restaurant will employ 25 team members and will begin the hiring process later this spring.
