Postal Connections® Bringing Premier Pack & Ship Retail Services to Lebanon
Leading Consumer and Business Services Center - Coming Soon to Lebanon’s Mill Race Station
May 10, 2021 // Franchising.com // LEBANON, OR - Postal Connections® will soon open in Lebanon, Oregon. The new, family-owned service center will become the eighth Postal Connections in Oregon. Current plans call for an early July opening, when the first retail businesses begin to open at Mill Race Station, the highly-anticipated mixed-use shopping center and residential community. The family team of Brenda Jungwirth and Tina Large, mother-in-law and daughter-in-law respectively, will be leading the charge as owner and General Manager of the franchise location.
“With more people than ever before working and shopping from home, it is the perfect time to launch our business in Lebanon as a one-stop shop for packing, shipping and ecommerce needs,” said Brenda Jungwirth. “The Postal Connections franchise model has a proven history of success and Tina and I are looking forward to joining that legacy.”
The new service center will serve the fast-growing Linn County area, including an expanding residential community, Lebanon commuters and area professionals working remotely, with time-saving business services. Located near Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, Western University of Health Sciences and Entek Manufacturing, among other businesses, Postal Connections will add a convenient ecommerce returns and package hold-for-pick-up location.
Mill Race Station’s Postal Connections service center will offer 24/7 personal mailbox receiving, shipping, packaging and printing, as well as notary services, and passport photos. The location will feature the Postal Connections sister brand iSOLD It®, an online sales support service for people who want to turn items into cash by selling them online but are uncomfortable, inexperienced or just don’t have the time to do it themselves. iSOLD It also provides free item evaluations, expert advice on pricing and online listing strategies with no fees due until an item sells. The listing is good for 30-days. If the item doesn’t sell there is no charge and the customer can either pick up their item or have it donated to charity.
Jungwirth and Large are excited to bring their valuable work experience to the service center. Brenda has held roles in both public service in addition to private entrepreneurial pursuits. Large’s career path has specialized in customer service positions. Together, they will oversee day-to-day operations and look forward to serving the community with reliable convenient access to an extensive menu of services with ample parking and personalized customer care.
Postal Connections/iSOLD It will offer a virtual mailbox service with email notification to customers when mail arrives. Customers, located anywhere, can then decide if mail should be held, opened and scanned to send them or discard.
“Up and down the I-5 corridor in Oregon we have a name brand that people trust. So, we are excited to introduce Postal Connections/iSOLD It to the Lebanon market,” said Fred Morache, COO of Postal Connections. “We are looking forward to continuing our legacy in the great state of Oregon with Brenda and Tina operating the business as local franchise owners. The ease of our business model will create great convenience for Lebanon residents.”
Postal Connections/iSOLD It was able to pivot quickly to meet the challenges of the pandemic head on. When nationwide mandates declared shipping and postal services as essential businesses, the brand met the need of its communities and the nation’s needs as well. Working throughout the pandemic and serving the public as more and more consumers quarantine, and shop and work from home, Postal Connections/iSOLD It has proved its resistance to the recession.
