Orland Park DreamMaker Wins Top Award for Seventh Straight Year
August 16, 2021 // Franchising.com // For the seventh year in a row, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Orland Park has received one of the home remodeling industry’s most coveted customer service awards.
With its emphasis on above-board communication and customer involvement in each project, the franchise again won this year’s Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for Exceptional Customer Satisfaction with an All-time Recommend Rate of 100%.
The award is made by GuildQuality, a customer satisfaction survey company for home builders, remodelers, and contractors across the country. More than 5,000 construction and home improvement professionals have used GuildQuality to gather customer feedback.
"This is our seventh consecutive year to win this award,” says Denise Borkowski., who with her husband own and run the franchise. “We strive to consistently deliver a top-notch customer experience, and it's always a thrill to be recognized for this because our goal has always been to consistently exceed homeowners' expectations."
In order to be recognized as a Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction winner, a Guild Quality member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90%. This is the seventh year that DreamMaker of Orland Park has been awarded and in 2020 they received a Recommend Rate of 100%.
