California-Based Greek Concept, Daphne’s Proudly Announces Its First Central Valley Location Is Now Open In Fresno

A Grand Opening Celebration Is Planned For Sept 17 Where Guests Can Score $5 Classic Pitas

August 19, 2021 // Franchising.com // FRESNO, CALIF. - Daphne’s Mediterranean, the fresh and wholesome Greek fast casual has brought its innovative menu of healthy and wholesome Mediterranean-inspired fare to Fresno. Daphne’s first central valley location, which is now open, is located at 6733 N Riverside Dr. #109 in the heart of Fresno's Marketplace at El Paseo. A Grand Opening celebration will take place on Friday, September 17 from 11am-9pm, and festivities will include $5 classic pitas all day.

The Southern California-based concept has been a regional staple for more than 30 years. It is best known for serving nourishing, health-focused dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Menu offerings range from traditional entrees like hand-carved gyro, grilled seafood and falafel to more modern dishes like Fire Feta Fries, Surf & Turf Plate, and Mix & Match Plates, all made with premium, wholesome, and authentic ingredients.

“We’ve been anticipating this grand opening for months, so we’re thrilled to expand Daphne’s presence to the central valley with our location in Fresno,” said Mosa Gazali, Daphne’s Fresno co-franchisee. “Fresno is an epicenter for fresh, local produce, so I’m hopeful that the community in Fresno will appreciate Daphne’s emphasis on fresh, healthy options such as our classic Mediterranean salad or Greek bowl.”

Guests can join the Daphne’s Pita Points Club for exclusive promotions and loyalty rewards. Members can unlock a $5 credit for every 100 points earned, and get triple points on orders every Monday. Daphne’s is also partnered with Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Doordash to deliver its fresh Mediterranean eats from all locations.
