Handyman Connection Launches New Location In Louisiana

Leading Home Repair Company Offers Renovation and Restoration Services in Baton Rouge and Surrounding Area

August 26, 2021 // Franchising.com // BATON ROUGE, La. - Handyman Connection, a home repair company in operation for 30 years, announced today it has opened its newest franchise in Louisiana. Handyman Connection of Baton Rouge provides home renovation and restoration services throughout the Baton Rouge area, including Prairieville, Denham Springs and Central. The new location is owned and operated by local entrepreneur Shane Mouton.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge and a proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Shane grew up surrounded by craftsmen and learning the value of building and repairing things. His paternal grandfather, John Mouton founded PBC Industrial Supplies, so Shane got to know his way around that warehouse and the customer service center at an early age. His other grandfather, Glenn Wilson started AEC Electric. With those entrepreneurial influences behind him and over a decade of professional experience serving clients and customers, Shane is focused on building a business that reflects his grandfathers’ legacies.

“My goal is to provide a company people can truly trust and rely on for their home improvement and remodeling needs,” said Mouton. “At Handyman Connection, our team of talented craftsmen bring integrity and commitment to every job. Not only can we help with general repair and renovation services around the house, but we also have expertise with custom cabinets and other custom carpentry projects, including gazebos and decks. We look forward to becoming a go-to resource for our neighbors to enhance their living spaces.”

Handyman Connection is taking the necessary precautions to ensure that customers’ health and safety remain a top priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes practicing good hygiene, social distancing of craftsmen when inside homes, and providing remote estimates upon request.
