Paducah Businessman Opens Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Franchise

August 31, 2021 // Franchising.com // PADUCAH, Ky. - Nick and Morgan Morris have launched Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Paducah-Murray, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise.

Office Pride of Paducah-Murray provides a full range of routine janitorial and commercial cleaning services to commercial, manufacturing and industrial facilities throughout Western Kentucky, including the cities of Paducah, Murray, Mayfield, Hopkinsville, Calvert City and Benton. The service area encompasses McCracken, Marshall, Calloway, Livingston, Graves, Ballard, Carlisle, Hickman, Fulton, Lyon, Caldwell, Trigg and Christian counties in Kentucky and Massac County, Illinois.

The franchise also offers specialty services, including floor restoration, sanitization, disinfection and electrostatic spray treatment, which is effective in disinfecting common areas, personal spaces and hard-to-reach corners and crevices. Electrostatic sprayers are vital in the fight against the spread of germs that cause COVID-19, flu and other respiratory illnesses.

Nick Morris holds a degree in occupational safety and health and spent his early career as a corporate safety manager. Office Pride of Paducah-Murray employees are trained to meet standards and can perform job hazard analyses and attend customer safety meetings, as required.

“My degree and experience in occupational safety and health, as well as commercial insurance, help me understand the expectations of my customers with subcontract and safety requirements,” he said. “My experience in customer experience helps me to understand customers’ expectations with service and how to best determine a customer’s need and how to provide solutions to fit those needs.”

Morris is an active member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Paducah. He is a member of the Paducah Bank Community Board and past president of Leadership Paducah Alumni Association. He is founding chair and past networking chair of Paducah Young Professionals. He belongs to the Paducah Chamber of Commerce. He is a youth leader and past cabinet member of Heartland Church.
