Goodcents & Charlie Hustle To Serve Up A Fresh National Sandwich Day T-Shirt

October 26, 2021 // Franchising.com // DE SOTO, Kan. - Goodcents is teaming up with the iconic Kansas City clothing company Charlie Hustle to celebrate National Sandwich Day in fun, wearable fashion.

Beginning on National Sandwich Day, Nov. 3, Goodcents fans will be able to purchase a limited-edition National Sandwich Day shirt, featuring the lovable Mr. G himself on the front. The tees, gray with touches of Goodcents red, are as soft as Goodcents’ pillowy soft bread.

National Sandwich Day T-shirts may be purchased on Charlie Hustle’s website through the end of the year.

“We are so excited to be working with Charlie Hustle on this fun National Sandwich Day shirt,” said Jami Bond, vice president of franchise development at Goodcents. “National Sandwich Day is one of our favorite holidays, and an awesome shirt featuring Mr. G’s picture is bound to be as popular as a Penny Club among sandwich lovers everywhere.”

In appreciation of the people who make every day a celebration of the sandwich, Goodcents will provide a T-shirt free to each crew member and franchise owner. Team members will be able to wear the Sandwich Day shirts through the end of the year instead of their usual crew polo shirts.

Goodcents and Charlie Hustle both have roots in the Kansas City area and longstanding traditions of supporting the community.

Goodcents supports the Goodcents Foundation, which regularly donates to food pantries and other charitable organizations in the communities it serves and is a huge fan and supporter of local sports teams. In September, Goodcents announced an exclusive partnership to become the sub sandwich provider of Heartland Soccer, the nation’s largest league and tournament host, which is also based in Kansas City.

Charlie Hustle’s vintage-style T-shirts, sweatshirts and more celebrate Kansas City sports, barbecue, brewmasters and restaurants.
