CARSTAR Honors Military Veterans In Its Network Across United States

November 08, 2021 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE - CARSTAR, a network of independently-owned collision repair facilities, is saluting the military veterans throughout its’ United States network on this Veterans Day in the U.S.

“Through the CARSTAR family, many of our franchise partners and corporate team members served their country in the military,” said Dean Fisher, collision group president, Driven Brands. “We are proud to recognize them for their service and honor their roles today at CARSTAR. Military service builds skills, commitment, integrity and leadership, and these attributes greatly contribute to their success in the collision repair industry today.”

Here are just a few members of the CARSTAR family who have served their country:

  • Jeff Baker is the owner of CARSTAR Ottawa in Ottawa, KS. He served in the U.S. Army from 1979 to 1985 as an E-6 mechanic in the 127th Field Artillery Regiment. He credits his service in the U.S. Army with teaching him the pattern to follow for success and instilling the drive to achieve. Today, he works to hire military veterans for his CARSTAR team.
  • Allen Wolfe is the owner of CARSTAR Cunningham in Independence, MO. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1987 to 1994.
