Engineering For Kids Adds Three New Franchise Locations

December 10, 2021 // Franchising.com // Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada - Engineering For Kids, a network focusing on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education for children through fun and interactive learning sessions, recently added three new franchises in North America.

Engineering For Kids Hoover will be the franchise’s first location in the state of Alabama. It will be owned by Birmingham resident Natalie Coleman.

Kunal Aggarwal will own Engineering For Kids of West New York (NJ). It will be the franchise’s only current location in New Jersey.

Engineering For Kids Durham Region will be located in Pickering, Ontario and owned by Michelle McDonald. It will be the franchise’s eighth location in Canada and the third in Ontario, joining Mississauga and Toronto - York Region.

Engineering For Kids teaches children math and science skills through robotics, technology and coding activities. It offers in-person and virtual classes that teach children ages 4-14 coding, app development, and virtual robotics. Children learn through these programs using scientific methods and proficiency with technology while being taught teamwork and creative thinking.

Earlier this year, Engineering For Kids added esports and Minecraft programs at select locations. The popular games teach children the basic STEM skills they will need in school and throughout their lifetime. This includes using scientific methods, data evidence and collection and proficiency with technology. They also learn valuable lessons in problem solving, creative thinking, time management and teamwork.
