Restaurant Brokerage Firm Expands to Metroplex

The new franchise will be owned by Stan Blair. Blair previously worked as a manager for four stores in the Kroger grocery store chain for the past 20 years. In that position, he oversaw each store’s revenue and expenses, personnel, and facility maintenance. This will be the second We Sell Restaurants’ franchise in Texas, with the other being in Austin.
