Epcon Franchising Welcomes 22 New Franchise Home Builders in 2021

January 14, 2022 // Franchising.com // COLUMBUS, OHIO - Epcon Franchising has announced the addition of 22 new Franchise Home Builders in 2021. The 22 new Franchise Home Builders will develop their first Epcon communities in 14 different states.

“Epcon Franchising has implemented significant changes to our operations, support team and Franchise Disclosure Document over the last couple of years that have led to record-setting growth for us in 2020 and 2021,” said Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising. “We’ve essentially doubled the size of our franchise system in two years, and we’ve experienced this tremendous growth not just because the industry is booming, but also because of who Epcon is and who Epcon is evolving to be. We have worked diligently to offer a smarter franchise agreement and enhanced support for Franchise Builders, which is really the catalyst driving this growth.”

Epcon Franchising debuted a new franchising website in 2021 in addition to revising its marketing guidance to ensure it is up to date with evolving market best practices. The new website helps visitors learn more about the Epcon homebuilding franchise opportunity, the people behind the business, as well as get answers to many frequently asked questions.

Epcon Franchising also added Amy McCormick as National Sale Manager to support Franchise Builders and help them sell more homes at a higher velocity. Her years of sales leadership experience with Epcon Communities enables her to share best practices and assist Epcon Franchise Builders with finding sales talent, sales training and overcoming common objections, holding purposeful community events, launching new communities and helping sales teams thrive.

In 2021, Epcon Franchising celebrated its 25th anniversary. Epcon was recognized as the No. 1 homebuilder on the 2022 Entrepreneur Franchise 500.

Epcon expects to add 22 new builders in 2022. Epcon already announced 21 of its 22 new 2021 Franchise Builders. The remaining Franchise Builder is Valerian Homes, which is Epcon’s first Franchise Builder in Arizona.
