Pieology Pizzeria Reopens in Cal State Fullerton Student Union

January 27, 2022 // Franchising.com // Students at California State University, Fullerton, can once again enjoy their own custom-made pizza creations as Pieology Pizzeria reopened Jan. 24 at the school’s Student Union.

The campus, just down the road from the company’s birthplace, will be serving individuality to pizza lovers, with a diverse range of crusts, cheeses, meats and fresh toppings. When it first opened in 2019, the Cal State Fullerton Student Union Addition became Pieology’s ‘first non-traditional’ college campus location. The first Pieology opened just down the street and the Cal State Fullerton community has played an important part in Pieology’s success story. CSUF Auxiliary Service Corporation (ASC), the organization that oversees the various business enterprises on campus, is the Pieology licensee.

“This was our first opening on a college campus, so we’re excited to be working once again with the high-caliber ASC team. We’re expecting strong growth in this non-traditional segment, as we develop win-win relationships with many more respected school foodservice providers,” said Pieology Chief Marketing Officer, Adrienne Berkes.

Pieology is located within the school’s Titan Student Union Food Court Complex, a campus hub serving nearly 40,000 students. Its operating hours of 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 10 AM to 2 PM on Fridays.
