All-American Steakhouse Chains Introduce All You Can Eat, Fish-Filled Menu

Customers who choose to refrain from red meat during the annual, 40-day observance can get their fill of fish at Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses, where the new menu is available from March 2 to April 14 at participating locations.

Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses’ All You Can Eat Fish Fry menu features mouthwatering fried fish entrees available in a unique selection of flavors. Guests can choose from the bold and zesty Cajun Dry Rub, citrus-forward Creamy Lemon Pepper Sauce, traditional Sea Salt and Vinegar, or Spicy Boom Boom - a fiery combination of chili peppers, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Lent-friendly choices don’t stop with the fried fish entrees; Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses will also offer new buffet items that complement their fish selections, including Old Bay Kettle Chips, made with Old Bay seasoning, Steamed Lemon Pepper Broccoli and new boneless wings.
