Experienced Franchise Business Coach Paul Collum Joins Home Repair Company

In his new role, he is putting his project management and coaching expertise to work with Vice President of Operations Brian Honeyman to help lead business development and drive operational success for Handyman Connection. Collum oversees franchise owner training and coaching, goal setting, team leadership and financial reviews, and he leads the team of general managers and franchise coaches.

Collum spent the past eight years as a Franchise Business Coach at Fish Window Cleaning Services, overseeing the growth of national accounts and facility partner relationships for the entire franchise system. He managed a national call center presence while also leading sales training, sales manager retention and recruitment strategies. Collum has shared his coaching talent in sports as well and enjoys finding out how each individual person is motivated to succeed.
