German Doner Kebab Appoints New Franchise Director

Mark is the former Senior Director of Development for Restaurant Franchise Development Company, Fransmart, where he was responsible for the expansion of brands such as Five Guys Burgers, Qdoba, The Halal Guys, and Freshii.

Mark has over 25 years of sales experience in franchise development and financial services and has been instrumental in the management and development of various high street brands and startup companies.

Mark will work alongside Global Chief Development Officer, Jon Cullen and Nigel Belton Managing Director for GDK USA.

German Doner Kebab is bringing a fresh, high-quality taste sensation that has made it the number one spot to enjoy a kebab.

Freshly prepared in front of customers, the game-changing kebabs are made using premium, lean, succulent meats and fresh local vegetables, served in handmade toasted breads with unique signature sauces.

German Doner Kebab opened its first US location at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey August 2021.
