Steak Franchise Introduces Meaty, Limited Time Dinners

April 22, 2022 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses, known for their family-friendly atmosphere and classic, all-American cuisine, announces its new limited-time-only entrees, Smothered ‘n’ Covered Chopped Steak Dinners. Hearty is an understatement for Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses’ meaty menu additions. From April 22-June 30, 2022, customers can get their fill of the restaurant’s new steak meals at participating locations.

The Smothered ‘n’ Covered Chopped Steak Dinners come in three mouthwatering options, each piled high on Texas toast and smothered in goodness:

  • Cowboy Smothered Chopped Steak Dinner: Chopped steak atop warm Texas toast and smothered in BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, and crispy onion straws.
  • Pepper Smothered Chopped Steak Dinner: Chopped steak atop warm Texas toast and smothered in Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses’ famous Boom Boom sauce, crispy jalapenos, and pepper jack cheese.
  • Classic Smothered Chopped Steak Dinner: Chopped steak atop warm Texas toast and smothered in brown gravy, provolone, sauteed mushrooms and onions.
