Local Couple Operates Service Center with Choices Of All Shipping Carriers, Including USPS

The new, family-operated service center will become the second Postal Connections in East Central Florida, as well as the first location for owners Bhavin and Shraddha Patel.

On Friday, April 22, the Postal Connections/iSOLD It service center opened for business in the community. The husband and wife are leading the charge as owner operators of the location. The Patel’s are excited to bring their valuable work experience and knowledge to the service center. Bhavin most recently worked as a manager for a shipping and receiving store locally in Melbourne, and Shraddha has held roles in customer service for many years.

Melbourne’s Postal Connections service center offers printing, notary services, passport photos, fax sending & receiving, digital fingerprinting, lamination and binding, shredding services and virtual mailbox service with email notification and forwarding when mail arrives. Customers, located anywhere, can decide if mail should be held, opened and scanned to send them or discarded.

The location also features iSOLD It®, a unique online sales support service for people who want to turn items into cash. The service offers free expert advice on value, pricing and online retail strategies. Many are uncomfortable dealing with strangers online, have concerns about computer hackers and just don’t have the time to do packaging shipping and manage potential returns. There are no fees due until an item sells, and the listing is good for 30 days. If the item doesn’t sell after 30-days, there is no charge and customers can either pick up their item, relist it or have it donated to charity.
