Swim school franchise opens third Thailand facility and first in Lebanon in 2022

May 18, 2022 // Franchising.com // PHOENIX - Aqua-Tots Swim Schools has been saving lives for over 30 years.

This March, Franchisee Narit Hongratana-Uthai and his family opened Aqua-Tots’ third Thailand location at 243 Chalermprakiet Rama9 Road in Prawet, Bangkok. The new state-of-the-art, 7,000-square-foot facility is now open and teaching families in the Prawet district and surrounding communities lifesaving swim lessons and Aqua-Tots’ proven swim-safety curriculum.

“We’re excited to be a part of such a renowned swim school that is making a positive impact around the world,” Hongratana-Uthai said. “This opening marks my family’s first Aqua-Tots franchise, so we’re eager to build lasting relationships with families in the Prawet community and spread Aqua-Tots’ mission further across Thailand.”

In addition to its Thailand development, the swim school debuted its first location in Beirut, Lebanon earlier this spring with Franchisee Tania Kosmos. The new 11,000-square-foot facility located at B1 Level, Bloc 1318, Uptown Ave., Antelias, Bikfaya Road features an indoor heated pool with a beautiful seafront view, child-friendly design elements and a comfortable viewing area featuring coffee, snacks and vending items. Aqua-Tots Beirut also offers an underground parking area for safe and easy access to swim lessons.

“Our Beirut facility is now open and providing safe water adventures for children while giving parents peace of mind. I’m proud to introduce Aqua-Tots’ comprehensive curriculum in Lebanon,” Kosmos said.

The Aqua-Tots Swim Journey is comprised of eight levels of comprehensive curriculum that is tried, true and trusted all over the world. Each level is designed to build upon the next, taking each child on a journey toward becoming a safe and confident swimmer for life. Aqua-Tots offers swim lessons for children as young as four months all the way through 12 years old. Children can participate in private lessons or small group classes to help ensure a safe environment for proper swim instruction.
