Prior to business ownership with Metal Supermarkets, DeStefano served as the vice president of global consulting operations at a prominent IT firm in Connecticut. He has extensive experience in strategy, operations, financial analysis and in leading high-performance teams. In addition, DeStefano previously worked at Connecticut manufacturing companies such as Moore Special Tool and Sikorsky Aircraft and works with metals in his free time as a hobby, repairing and restoring machines, equipment trucks, automobiles and more.
