The Big Apple’s Bobby Gellert, A Local Entrepreneur And Community Advocate, Opens Century 21 Shared Purpose
Gellert to leverage the Century 21® brand to build upon the brokerage’s reputation as an expert in coop/condo sales with a proven process and best in class client services
June 30, 2022 // Franchising.com // WHITESTONE, NY - Broker/Owner Bobby Gellert announced this morning that Shares of New York (Marketing LLC), a pioneer and market leader in the acquisition, management, renovation and sale of coops and condos primarily in New York City and Queens has chosen to affiliate with the Century 21® System and will now do business as Century 21 Shared Purpose (“Shared Purpose”).
By affiliating with the Century 21 brand, Shared Purpose will leverage agent training, coaching, marketing, technology and an industry-best productivity and accountability platform. Bobby’s vision is to build an ecosystem of real estate agents, whom he will mentor and help each identify and merge their personal passions and professional purpose that will benefit all clients and customers wherever they may be in the home selling or buying journey.

Gellert also noted that the Century 21 brand’s long history of giving back to local communities and its 43-year partnership with Easterseals was another reason he chose to align his brokerage with the global franchisor.
“Through our affiliated 501(c)(3) public foundation, Sharing With You, our agents donate a minimum of 1% of the gross commission from each of their closed transactions to put towards their selected passion or cause and we encourage other third parties, including clients, to contribute to the foundation as well,” added Gellert. “Knowing that giving back is baked into the culture at Century 21 Real Estate helped to make our affiliation decision seamless.”
