Prism Specialties Welcomes Two New Managers, Denise Lysak and Andrea Evans, to National Account Team

August 24, 2022 // Franchising.com // Livonia, Mi. - Prism Specialties announced that it added two new managers to its National Account Team, Denise Lysak and Andrea Evans, effective August 12, 2022. Both Lysak and Evans will be responsible for providing support to Prism Specialties’ growing clients and business.

Denise Lysak will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of Prism Specialties’ national contractor accounts and will develop new relationships with the contractor community in both residential and commercial markets. After beginning her career in art and gallery management, she later developed into a strong sales and program manager with more than 20 years of management experience. Most recently, Lysak was business development manager for a Prism Specialties franchise in the Northeastern U.S., responsible for residential and commercial sales for all four of the Prism Specialties service lines. She holds a BA in Studio Arts & Management from Salve Regina University and is an officer of the New England Claim Executives Association.

“I am excited to move to the Prism Specialties Home Office team from a local franchise. My understanding of our services and the value they bring will allow me to better support our contractor partners and our franchise network,” said Lysak.

Andrea Evans will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of Prism Specialties’ national insurance carriers and TPA accounts, and will develop new relationships with the carrier community. Andrea brings over six years of insurance industry experience to the position. As a former senior claims examiner and project manager for insurance companies, she brings an understanding of the claims process and can anticipate the value expectations of insurance carriers and their adjusters. She is competent in several industry platforms and brings knowledge of TPAs and their role to the success of claims management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Akron and just completed her MBA in Business Leadership.

“I am eager to represent Prism Specialties to the carrier market. As an adjuster, I have a keen understanding of the value of specialty restoration in homeowner satisfaction and claim management,” said Evans.
