The Toasted Yolk Cafe Brings Reimagined Culinary Classics to Humble

Full-service neighborhood eatery to open newest Houston-area location on Oct. 31

October 19, 2022 // Franchising.com // HOUSTON - Good news, Humble. Soon, it won’t take a trip down Interstate 69 to hit Houston’s go-to breakfast, brunch and lunch spot because The Toasted Yolk Cafe is coming to town!

On Oct. 31, the cult-favorite neighborhood eatery will open its doors at 9630 N. Sam Houston Parkway next to the DCBD Dance Academy and begin sharing its signature menu, farm-to-table freshness and unmatched service with the Humble community. The new cafe will feature a full bar, seven TVs on the patio and design pieces from local artists, including a stunning mural on the building’s exterior.

To celebrate its debut, Toasted Yolk will give away FREE breakfast for a year to three lucky winners waiting in line on opening day. Plus, all guests on Oct. 31 will receive FREE Churro Donuts and half-price mimosas.

“We’re excited to bring our unique dining experience to another part of the Houston area,” said Franchisee Akash Patel. “Now, Humble will have a Toasted Yolk that is unique and curated to their community while still getting the same delicious food, attentive service and welcoming atmosphere they’ll find at any location. We can’t wait to open our doors and celebrate this debut with everyone!”

The new restaurant will mark the brand’s 17th location in Houston and 25th systemwide. Humble’s Toasted Yolk will be open every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Toasted Yolk offers a one-of-a-kind breakfast, brunch and lunch experience. With fan favorites like its famous Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and Club Sandwich, the chef-driven menu is unmatched in quality and freshness. Of course, it’s never too early to get toasted. Guests can enjoy a full bar with everything from classic mimosas, frozen Bellinis and bloody marys to Rise ‘N’ Shine Punch and Jackie’s Morning Rita.
