Wild Birds Unlimited Extends Support for Multi-Unit Owners

December 20, 2022 // Franchising.com // CARMEL, Ind. - Wild Birds Unlimited is heading into 2023 with support for franchisees after creating a multi-unit advisory council.

Traveling from coast to coast from the Indiana-based Franchise Support Center, WBU met with several of its multi-unit owners to gather direct feedback on how the brand can assist their growth goals.

“We believe that Wild Birds Unlimited is successful because of the passion its owners have for connecting customers with nature,” said Chief Development Officer and EVP of Franchising, Paul Picket. “We love the connection these franchisees have with their communities. Our multi-unit operators have just as much passion as any others in our system, and we want to ensure they continue to receive support.”

The conversations with multi-unit franchisees yielded several results for future collaboration on best practices for those who currently operate multiple stores.

They shared ideas on what is currently working, provided feedback on third-party platforms.
